Job summary

The Zippertubing Company in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead accounting across multiple entities. This onsite role reports to executive leadership and focuses on corporate accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and cross-border collaboration.

You will drive timely closes, consolidate financial statements, and partner with leaders across U.S. and international operations to improve processes and provide actionable financial information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing with strong manufacturing accounting knowledge.
• Experience supporting multiple entities, subsidiaries, or divisions.
• Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, financial controls, and consolidated statements.
• Experience with international business operations and multi-currency accounting.
• Ability to partner with executive leadership and cross-functional business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Oversee timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
• Establish, maintain, and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
• Provide executive leadership with financial analysis, insights, and recommendations.
• Partner with operations, sales, supply chain, and other leaders to improve performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial modeling.
• Analyze profitability, working capital, cash flow, and key metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, controls, and reporting.
• Support international investments and growth opportunities.
