You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Sales to ensure orders are accurate before production and to uphold customer relationships.

The ideal candidate balances customer care with operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years in one or more: Customer Operations, Customer Success, Account Coordination, Order Management, or related roles.
• Experience using CRM/ERP systems in a professional environment; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in person.
• Prepare, review, and process quotes and sales orders with attention to pricing and specs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Sales to translate requirements into manufacturable solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in CRM/ERP and monitor open orders.
