Formación

• Previous experience in operations, customer service, or account management in the logistics industry.
• Ability to collect data, analyze results, and draw valid conclusions.
• Passion for technology and data, with an interest in improving processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day audit processes for client freight invoices.
• Manage Vendors Onboarding, EDI integration, SOPs and customization.
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Support clients by managing disputes, claims, and billing exceptions.
