Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations, customer service, or account management in logistics/transportation.
• Ability to collect data, analyze results, and draw valid conclusions.
• Passion for technology and data, with interest in EDI integration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute day‑to‑day audit processes for client freight invoices.
• Manage vendor onboarding and EDI integration.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and Engineering teams.
• Support clients by managing disputes and claims.
