Job summary

HKR.TEAM is a US-based startup helping restaurants onboard onto a global HR platform. You will own the onboarding journey from kickoff to go-live, configuring accounts to reflect each restaurant’s voice, menu, hours, and policies.

Communication with owners and staff via email, phone, and text will be key for successful implementation. The role is remote, full-time, and requires 1–3 years of B2B SaaS onboarding experience, excellent English, and a process-driven approach in a friendly, no-ego

• Experience in B2B SaaS onboarding or implementations.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work remotely from the US within a startup culture.
