Responsibilities

• Serve as onboarding contact for new clients and system access.
• Prepare and maintain vendor registration forms and support docs.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy against contracts.
• Prepare customer agreements and pricing schedules.
• Create Internal Order Request Approvals (IORAs) when required.
• Respond to inquiries from Support mailboxes promptly.
• Assist TAC and plan approvals when documentation is available.
