Job summary

Tripleseat is seeking a Training Specialist to guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring they feel confident and supported from day one. You will serve as the primary partner during onboarding, delivering tailored training and driving early platform adoption.

This remote role may require travel for events and some in-person onboarding weeks. Must have 3-5 years in hospitality, with experience in Private Events, Sales, and Catering preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Experience in Private Events, Sales, and Catering is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience from kickoff through transition.
• Serve as the primary customer partner during onboarding, communicating progress and risks.
• Deliver tailored training and enablement aligned with customer workflows and goals.
• Guide customers through platform configuration and day-to-day system usage.
• Manage a portfolio of onboarding projects with documentation and deadlines.
• Identify and elevate onboarding blockers to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and feedback.
• Ensure onboarding requirements and success criteria are completed before transitioning customers.
• Use approved AI tools to improve efficiency and training.
• Support additional onboarding, customer success, and training responsibilities.
