Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Onboarding or a customer facing function.
• Team player mentality and collaboration.
• Project management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional work.
• Track record of proactively resolving escalated client service issues and sharing insights.

Responsibilities

• Become a Tekmetric Marketing Product Expert and onboard customers.
• Host onboarding calls and ensure customers are on track for launch.
• Communicate account setup requirements and expectations clearly.
• Educate customers on Tekmetric Marketing capabilities and best practices for adoption.
