Job summary

Tekmetric is seeking a Results Manager II to own the full customer journey from contract to go‑live and six months of adoption for single‑location auto repair shops. You’ll be the primary, ongoing contact, guiding onboarding, data migration, and product adoption to deliver measurable activations and retention.

You’ll lead calls and trainings, build strong relationships with shop owners, monitor usage, and escalate risks when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in onboarding, customer success, or other customer-facing roles.
• Ability to lead customer-facing calls and explain complex details clearly.
• Proven ability to manage concurrent onboarding timelines and drive product adoption.
• Strong organizational skills and rigorous documentation throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to work through change while keeping progress moving.

Responsibilities

• Become a Tekmetric Product Expert and guide new SMB1 shops through onboarding from contract close to go-live.
• Lead all calls and hands-on training sessions with shop stakeholders for product adoption.
• Monitor customer product usage and drive best practices to improve key metrics.
• Own customer risks and escalations and serve as the first line of defense for stalled implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product to capture feedback and de-escalate when necessary.
