Job summary

AmerisourceBergen seeks an onboarding coordinator to support Cencora's distribution services in the US. You will coordinate kickoff scheduling, environment readiness, and required access using approved playbooks and service catalogs.

You will collect and verify customer data, contracts, and technical prerequisites, enter account and configuration details, and ensure documentation and approvals are complete, escalating issues with notes and evidence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer operations, order management, implementation coordination, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates kickoff scheduling, environment readiness, and required access using approved playbooks and service catalogs.
• Collects and verifies customer data, contracts, and technical prerequisites against onboarding checklists and policy thresholds.
• Enters account, entitlement, and configuration details in designated systems per work instructions and role-based permissions.
• Confirms completion of required documentation, approvals, and controls; escalates exceptions with clear notes and evidence.
• Corresponds with customers using approved scripts to explain next steps, capture confirmations, and schedule milestones.
• Records onboarding progress, tickets, and artifacts to maintain traceable, audit‑ready work products and handoffs.
• Reports risks, blockers, and customer feedback promptly and proposes minor improvements to templates or steps for review.
