ALLYDVM INC. is seeking an onboarding coordinator to support Cencora's US distribution services. You will coordinate kickoff scheduling, access, and prerequisites using approved playbooks and service catalogs.

Responsibilities include collecting and verifying customer data, entering account and configuration details, ensuring documentation and approvals, and communicating next steps to customers. This role emphasizes audit-ready handoffs and timely escalation of blockers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer operations, order management, implementation coordination, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates kickoff scheduling, environment readiness, and required access using approved playbooks and service catalogs.
• Collects and verifies customer data, contracts, and technical prerequisites against onboarding checklists and policy thresholds.
• Enters account, entitlement, and configuration details in designated systems per work instructions and role-based permissions.
• Confirms completion of required documentation, approvals, and controls; escalates exceptions with clear notes and evidence.
• Corresponds with customers using approved scripts to explain next steps, capture confirmations, and schedule milestones.
• Records onboarding progress, tickets, and artifacts to maintain traceable, audit‑ready work products and handoffs.
• Reports risks, blockers, and customer feedback promptly and proposes minor improvements to templates or steps for review.
