Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Customer Logistics Manager to oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned function and manage account leadership in our Dedicated Transportation Solutions business.

You will lead a team, ensure operational goals are met, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong analytical thinking, collaboration across functions, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• One+ year of direct supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) is required.
• Logistics industry knowledge advanced required.
• Knowledge of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations advanced.
