Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and enter concrete orders.
• Coordinate daily deliveries using plants, trucks, and drivers.
• Manage multiple orders and changing priorities.
• Communicate delivery times, delays, and schedule changes with customers.
• Work closely with Drivers, Plant Managers, Sales, Quality Control, and Operations.
• Help resolve customer and delivery issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate order and dispatch information.
• Follow company safety and operating procedures.
