Crete Solutions LLC in Wilmington dispatch team seeks a Customer Logistics Coordinator to handle orders, coordinate deliveries, and keep customers informed throughout the day in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work with drivers, plant managers, sales, and operations, enter orders, manage changing schedules, and resolve issues promptly while following safety procedures. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Crete Solutions LLC is looking for a Customer Logistics Coordinator to join our Wilmington Dispatch Team!

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role, especially during peak construction season. You'll be the connection between our customers and operations—taking orders, coordinating deliveries, managing changing schedules, and keeping everyone informed throughout the day.

Ready-mix experience is always a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer calls and accurately enter concrete orders.
