Job summary

Crete Carrier Corporation in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Full-time Customer Service/Dispatch Coordinator to ensure excellent service by processing orders, coordinating shipments, and maintaining strong communication with customers.

You will schedule loading/unloading, track shipments, respond to inquiries, and travel as needed, with a Monday–Friday 12pm–9pm shift, and a requirement for a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Solicits outbound freight to balance network while maintaining high service levels.
• Interacts with customers and addresses concerns or issues.
• Tracks shipments from pickup to delivery and coordinates scheduling of loading/unloading.
• Responds promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintains regular attendance and travels as needed.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships to meet customer expectations.
