Mariner Finance is seeking a customer‑service oriented representative at our Fultondale, AL branch. You will provide exceptional service, present loan solutions, process credit applications, analyze financial information, and help customers with past due accounts when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a customer service or sales position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to learn financial services programs.
• Completion of essential duties in a timely, accurate manner.
• Must obtain applicable licenses to sell insurance products offered by the branch.
• Work at the assigned branch location.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze credit and financial information.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances and offer solutions.
• Meet or exceed branch sales goals for company products and services.
• Learn and apply Federal, State, and Local consumer laws to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a cash drawer and handle deposits as required.
• Perform additional duties as market demand requires.
