We are looking for organized, people-focused individuals to join our remote team as Customer Journey Coordinators. This role supports clients from their first vacation inquiry through the final stages of trip preparation. Your Day-to-Day Focus
  • Guide clients through the planning process by identifying their priorities, travel dates, budget, destination interests, and preferences.
  • Explore available resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and vacation packages that align with each request.
  • Present appropriate choices and assist with arranging selected services through approved supplier systems.
  • Track confirmations, upcoming deadlines, itinerary details, and information still needed from clients.
  • Maintain clear communication before departure, including updates, follow-up, routine questions, and standard reservation adjustments.
  • Keep client documentation current while continuing to expand your knowledge of destinations and supplier offerings.
How the Opportunity Works
  • Remote and flexible schedule
  • Independent opportunity rather than a traditional hourly or salaried employee position
  • Training designed for individuals with no previous professional travel experience
  • Ongoing team guidance and supplier education
  • Access to professional development resources
  • Performance-based incentives and recognition opportunities
  • Qualifying travel discounts and industry-related benefits
  • Virtual team environment with continued learning opportunities
What Will Help You Succeed
  • Confident and professional communication
  • Strong listening and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to organize information and stay ahead of deadlines
  • Comfortable researching and evaluating different options
  • Consistent follow-up and attention to client needs
  • Ability to manage several requests without losing important details
  • Willingness to learn new platforms, supplier resources, and processes
  • Self-directed, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or another qualifying countries
