Pratt Industries is seeking a Customer Support Analyst to develop, track and analyze customer service metrics, delivering data-driven insights to improve the customer experience. The role requires strong communication, data-entry accuracy and proficiency with MS Office to support reporting and decision making.

The candidate will work in a manufacturing setting, support shipments and maintain customer files, while coordinating data inputs and reports for management review.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Computer data-entry experience.
• Experience in the corrugated box industry.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with production, management, and customers at a high level.
• Perform general office duties, ordering supplies, scanning/faxing, filing, answering phones.
• Keep managers informed about problems affecting production operations.
• Maintain and input data using Microsoft Office and data-entry systems.
