Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative to take and process customer orders, address inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. The role supports sales staff and maintains inventory levels to meet minimums and maximize customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, experience in manufacturing, and data-entry proficiency. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Preference for experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in data entry.
• Experience in the corrugated box industry.

Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders from customers or sales representatives.
• Place orders for materials for production on a timely basis.
• Process billing and handle inquiries and complaints.
• Process purchase orders and new items.
• Coordinate accounting credits and track order changes.
• Assist sales personnel and support supplemental sales.
• Monitor warehouse items and analyze monthly usages and restocking.
