Pratt Industries is seeking a Customer Support Analyst to support customers with data-driven insights and reports. This role focuses on developing, tracking, compiling, analyzing and communicating measurements of business activity for customer service improvements.

The analyst will input data into systems, generate reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders while maintaining accurate customer files and ensuring efficient office operations in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data-entry tasks.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with production employees, management and customers at a high level.
• Enter and transfer orders into Supply Connect and maintain related reports.
• Maintain and build shipping documentation and customer files.
• Perform general office duties and ensure a safe, orderly work environment.
• Scan, email and manage various forms and paperwork related to shipments.
