Job summary

Pratt (Beloit Corrugating), LLC! is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders, respond to inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.

The CSR will coordinate with sales and production to keep orders moving, handle billing and changes, and maintain accurate files in a busy office and warehouse setting. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and prior customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or warehouse environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders either directly from customers or sales representatives
• Place orders on timely basis for purchases of materials and supplies to be used in production
• Process billing, new items, and purchase orders
• Handle customer complaints and questions, and follow-up with appropriate internal/external personnel as required
• Forward confirmations – Order Acknowledgements, ASN, and COA’s
• Maintain customer files
• Coordinate accounting credits
• Record and distribute customer order changes
• Assist sales personnel as needed on customer accounts, and assist in generating supplemental sales
• Track warehouse items to ensure availability and that agreed upon minimum/maximum levels are followed. Analyze monthly usages and re-stocking per customer
• Additional duties as assigned by management
