Dow Jones is seeking a motivated AMER Intern to join the Customer Insights team in New York. You will gain hands-on experience across the research lifecycle, from programming quantitative surveys in Qualtrics to data cleaning, analysis, and synthesis into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate findings into charts and narratives, and explore AI-enabled tools to augment qualitative synthesis.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with coursework or project experience in primary qualitative or quantitative research methods.
• Strong proficiency in Google tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and basic data analysis concepts.
• Interest in leveraging generative AI / LLM workflows (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) in research.

Responsabilidades

• Support primary research projects providing exposure to qualitative and quantitative research.
• Assist in programming quantitative surveys and running statistical analyses.
• Help translate data into charts, tables, and visualizations for cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Assist in fieldwork, participant recruitment, and quality assurance across studies.
• Review transcripts and session recordings to extract themes and insights leveraging AI tools.
