Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a 4-year undergraduate degree in a related field
• Coursework or project experience in primary qualitative or quantitative research
• Strong proficiency with Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets
• Exposure to generative AI / LLM workflows (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude)
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to summarize complex data clearly
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team member

Aufgaben

• Survey scripting & execution: Program, test, and field quantitative surveys in Qualtrics, ensuring data quality and smooth respondent experience
• Fieldwork & study support: Assist in participant recruitment, sample monitoring, fieldwork tracking, and QA across studies
• Data cleaning & quantitative analysis: Clean datasets, run crosstabs and significance tests, surface audience trends
• Qualitative synthesis & AI augmentation: Review transcripts and sessions to extract themes and quotes using AI tools
• Reporting: Translate data into charts, tables, visualizations and narrative presentations for stakeholders
