Broward Health Corporate ISC is seeking a supervisor to oversee personnel handling complaints, inquiries, and special requests from customers, guarantors, and related parties. The role involves processing adjustments and leading revenue recovery efforts, while coordinating telephone contact to ensure high-quality customer service using our support systems.

Education required includes an Associate degree and at least three years of relevant experience.
