• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate patient's identity to comply with HIPAA.
• Analyze patient balances and review services billed.
• Identify customer concerns and assist with resolution with multiple departments.
• Answer incoming calls via IVR and document actions in SMS/Invision system.
• Process, document and work incoming patient mail within 7–10 days.
