Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring for a Customer Service and Maintenance Coordinator in Russellville, AR. The role focuses on serving as the primary customer contact, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely status updates.

Also responsible for maintenance coordination, purchasing, inventory management, and SAP-based purchase orders. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and at least 5 years in customer relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional business, customer service, or technical training is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of customer relations experience.
• Preferred: 1+ year of customer service experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with purchase orders, inventory tracking, or maintenance support functions is preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Process customer orders and purchase requests accurately.
• Coordinate deliveries and order fulfillment activities.
• Communicate order status updates and resolve customer inquiries.
• Coordinate spare parts purchasing and inventory management.
• Generate and process purchase orders using SAP.
• Track work orders and maintain maintenance records.
• Manage storeroom inventory and organization.
• Support maintenance planning and scheduling activities.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure parts availability.
