Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative (Direct Hire) in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on order management, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional coordination with production, lab, sales, and logistics teams.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, 2–4 years in customer service or order management, and experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Salary is $50,000–$60,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of customer service, order management or inside sales experience.
• Experience with ERP and MS Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Strong communication, data entry accuracy, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for orders, deliveries, inquiries, and complaints.
• Enter, process, and manage orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Verify pricing, codes, quantities and delivery dates before releasing orders.
• Track order status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to meet schedules and delivery timelines.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks including invoices and data entry.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and financial records.
• ERP system knowledge is required.
