Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant to help craft customer-led growth strategies for the CMT industry. You’ll identify opportunities, build robust business cases, and translate insights into actionable recommendations with cross-functional teams.

You will work closely with Managers to prioritize growth bets, apply data-driven problem solving, and support rapid validation approaches while developing client-ready materials that link insights to commercial impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or analytics roles with exposure to growth-oriented work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured analysis of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify actionable growth opportunities.
• Support robust, insight-led business cases to support investment decisions.
• Apply data-driven and hypothesis-led problem solving to assess opportunity viability and prioritize initiatives.
• Support and execute rapid validation approaches (e.g., concept testing, experimentation with real and synthetic customers) to generate evidence.
• Synthesize data and insights into clear, compelling recommendations that inform client decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing, data/AI) to shape and refine customer-centric propositions.
• Contribute to the development of client-ready materials and storytelling, linking customer insight to commercial impact.
