Qualifications

• Recent college graduate or early-career professional.
• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Finance, Ecommerce, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working with data and technology.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review reports to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze cross-sell opportunities across product categories.
• Identify online customers with high growth potential.
• Meet with Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce to discuss priorities.
• Build and track win-back and retention campaigns.
• Identify dormant accounts for re-engagement.
• Leverage CRM, analytics, and AI to uncover trends.
• Present recommendations to leadership.
• Monitor performance and refine strategies.
