Job summary

The Cary Company is seeking a Customer Experience Trainee in Addison, IL. This 5-month program offers hands-on experience across Customer Relations, Inside Sales, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Warehouse Administration, designed to prepare you for a range of growth roles within the company.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relations: Engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
• Inside Sales: Learn the art of sales, build client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Quality Assurance: Manage cases and ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Logistics: Gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, including inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Warehouse Administration: Learn operational aspects of our warehouse, from order fulfillment to inventory control.

Position Overview

As a Customer Experience Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience across key areas of our business, with a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence. This immersive program is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and leadership exposure needed for long-term career growth. Rotational Assignments

• Customer Relations (1.5 months): Engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
• Inside Sales (1.5 months): Learn the art of sales, build client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Quality Assurance (1 month): Manage cases and ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Logistics (1 month): Gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, including inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Warehouse Administration (1-2 weeks): Learn operational aspects of our warehouse, from order fulfillment to inventory control.
