Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant in California to develop customer-led growth strategies by combining analytics with commercial acumen. You will identify opportunities, build robust business cases, and translate insights into executable plans.

You will work with managers and client teams to synthesize data, support rapid validation, and deliver client-ready materials that link insight to growth impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or analytics with growth exposure.
• Demonstrated consulting experience with client-facing delivery.
• Experience supporting business case development, financial modeling, or investment analysis.
• Exposure to customer research, experimentation, or product/service development.
• Ability to translate data and insights into clear, structured storytelling.
• Experience working in or with CMT industries.
• MBA or relevant innovation program experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in client-facing environments.
• Understanding of AI/ GenAI and its application to customer growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured analysis of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify actionable growth opportunities.
• Support robust, insight-led business cases to support investment decisions.
• Apply data-driven and hypothesis-led problem solving to assess opportunity viability and prioritize initiatives.
• Support and execute rapid validation approaches (e.g., concept testing, experimentation with real and synthetic customers) to generate evidence.
• Synthesize data and insights into clear, compelling recommendations that inform client decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing, data/AI) to shape and refine customer-centric propositions.
• Contribute to the development of client-ready materials and storytelling, linking customer insight to commercial impact.
