Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Process orders, quotes, and transactions accurately.
• Track orders and provide status updates to customers.
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners for timely deliveries.
