Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Work Experience: Customer service experience preferred; cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking/retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, problem resolution, and needs.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings and dual-control balancing of vault/ATM.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Identify referral opportunities and contribute to sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of office systems and bank products, services, and digital offerings.
• Follow security, compliance, and operational procedures and support team members.
