Job summary

Responsibilities

• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings and dual control balancing of vault, ATM, and devices.
• Assist customers with questions and problems, inform them of product/service features, and refer complex requests to the appropriate team member.
• Greet customers, actively engage, and resolve customer issues or concerns.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Follow security, compliance and risk procedures and support branch opening/closing tasks.
