Responsibilities

• Achieve financial wellness activity goals and assist customers with questions and referrals.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in meetings and vault/ATM checks.
• Greet customers, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional customer experience in person, on the phone, and via email.
• Follow security, compliance, and dual-control procedures and support team with tasks as needed.
