Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and problems; refer complex requests to the appropriate colleague
• Greet customers and resolve issues; take ownership of concerns
• Balance teller drawer daily; participate in meetings and security processes
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email
• Adhere to security, risk, and operational procedures
• Work as a team and support management with tasks
• Occasionally work evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Follow Northwest policies and federal/state regulations
• Operate Microsoft Office and department-specific software
