Job summary

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
• Qualified candidates must complete a video interview assessment after applying as the next step, to be completed within 7 days of receiving the link.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with basic transactions.
• Demonstrate how to use mobile app and ATMs to complete transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits while following all policies and procedures.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.
