Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months' experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital).
• 1 year of customer experience and ability to refer products.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Can develop long-term customer relationships and solve problems.
• Comfortable using digital apps and branch tech.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with simple transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage to complete tasks.
• Provide personalized advice to help customers reach financial goals.
• Refer customers to Bankers for complex needs and follow policies.
