Job summary

Citizens is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate to greet customers in the lobby and demonstrate our mobile app and ATMs. You will provide personalized advice, help customers achieve financial goals, and connect them with Bankers for next steps while following all policies and cash handling rules.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 6 months of transaction experience, and at least 1 year of customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions.
• Minimum 1 year customer experience with product recommendations.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and build relationships.
• Comfort with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• You will greet customers in our lobbies and assist with simple transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage to customers.
• Provide personalized financial advice and connect customers to Bankers.
• Adhere to all financial policies, cash handling, and regulatory requirements.
