• Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen relationships.
• Engage customers and use digital tools to educate them on self-service options.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to create a welcoming environment.
• Responsibilities may extend to supporting nearby branch locations.
