Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required.
• 6+ months cash handling experience required.
• 6+ months customer service experience required.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and elevate concerns of risk to appropriate channels.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology to enhance engagement.
• Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Understands the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency and basic math skills.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated customer service by welcoming customers and addressing banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management protocols to prevent fraud.
• Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen relationships.
• Engage customers and educate them on self-service options.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and welcoming environment.
• Support nearby branch locations as needed.
