Northwest Bank in Lancaster is seeking a Teller to provide exceptional service and accurate, efficient transactions. You will greet customers, resolve issues, and educate clients on banking products while supporting daily office operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify referral opportunities and contribute to sales goals.
• Assist customers with questions, resolve problems, and explain product features.
• Greet customers and take ownership to resolve issues.
• Balance teller drawer daily and assist in vault/operations tasks as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Follow security, risk, and operational procedures; work as a team.
• Work with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
