Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Banking and/or retail experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced branch setting.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with questions, resolve problems, and refer complex requests to the appropriate team member.
Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings and vault/ATM balancing.
Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email.
Identify referral opportunities and support sales and financial wellness goals.
Follow security, compliance, and operational procedures; support branch opening/closing tasks.
