Job summary

Balance cash drawer daily, participate in team meetings, learn the bank’s products and digital offerings, and uphold security and compliance. Evening and weekend shifts may be required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Work experience: Customer service, cash handling, and banking/retail experience preferred.
• Ability to establish relationships and communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of teller systems and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues; refer complex requests.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in balancing and vault duties.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, by phone, and via email.
• Follow security, compliance, and risk procedures.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Collaborate with team to complete daily tasks.
