Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to connect customers, project teams, and operations, ensuring order execution from start to finish in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will manage orders, coordinate invoicing, support AR processes, and act as the primary contact for customers, collaborating with Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Scheduling, Quality, Operations, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in project coordination, order management, invoicing, AR, or customer service.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer invoicing activities to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Support accounts receivable processes, collections follow-up, and billing inquiries.
• Monitor orders throughout the lifecycle, ensuring pricing, documentation, and contracts align.
• Serve as a key customer liaison, providing updates on orders, delivery, invoicing, and status.
• Collaborate with Finance on revenue recognition, milestone billing, payment tracking, and disputes.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
