Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Jefferson City, Missouri, is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to manage the customer journey from order acceptance through shipment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production Planning to ensure accurate delivery, support after-market services, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
• Ability to work onsite in Jefferson City, Missouri.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.
• Understanding of general accounting principles and business processes.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and support the clean order initiative.
• Coordinate with Engineering to ensure accurate and timely drawing package delivery.
• Manage change orders and maintain effective communication across multiple departments.
• Build strong customer relationships while serving as a trusted point of contact.
• Support revenue goals by reducing shipment holds and proactively managing orders.
• Handle return authorizations, customer concessions, milestone billing, and invoice follow-up activities.
• Communicate shipment schedules and resolve potential delays before they impact customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean methodologies and process enhancements.
