Loop Neighborhood Market, part of West Coast Convenience, is hiring for all levels of team members across our California stations. We offer full-time and part-time roles across first, second, and third shifts, with opportunities to grow within the organization while delivering fast, friendly service to customers.

You will be part of a team that values people, teamwork, communication, training, and safety, with a focus on customer-centered service, clean stores, and reliable daily operations.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling required for varying shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic math skills including making change.
• Ability to validate age for tobacco/alcohol where required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash register and balance cash during shift.
• Stock shelves and keep store clean and professional.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to boost store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
