Loop Neighborhood Market, part of West Coast Convenience, is seeking entry-level team members for all shifts in California. You will engage with customers, handle transactions, restock, and maintain a clean store while supporting a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required.
• Able to read/write English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18+ for 1st/2nd shift; 21+ for 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register and balance cash receipts during shifts.
• Stock shelves and keep the store clean and professional at all times.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and surrounding area.
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to help increase sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management as needed.
