Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Perform basic math including change calculations.
• Ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco/alcohol as required by law.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders when required.
• Maintain composure and respond to emergencies per company guidelines.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work effectively in varying temperatures inside/outside the station.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register during the shift and ensure balanced cash.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Keep a clean, customer-friendly store environment and surroundings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports according to company guidelines.
• Cross-sell store products to help increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the immediate manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
