Qualifications

• Flexible schedule; availability for shifts.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle money.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (coolers, outdoors).
• Compliance with ID checks for tobacco/alcohol as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register and balance cash at the shift.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store and surrounding property.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash related issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell store products to increase sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
